GED Transcript
To request a copy of your GED® transcript or to have one sent directly to a college, training provider, or employer, print, complete, and hand-sign the GED® Transcript Request Form . Digital signatures cannot be accepted. Completed forms may be submitted by mail, fax, or email.
CDP OR NEDP Transcript
A transcript request and credit card payment ($5) for Credit Diploma and NEDP students who have graduated from Bristol Adult Eduation Center may be completed online, If you are planning to pay by check or cash, please visit our main office (210 Redstone Hill Rd.) to process your request.
