Adult Education

Bristol, Southington offer state mandated courses to adults.

Bristol and Southington Boards of Education provide courses in Adult Basic Education (ABE), Citizenship, High School Completion (GED®, CDP & NEDP), and English as a Second Language (ESL). These courses are FREE to residents of Bristol and Southington. Courses are available at both Adult Education Centers.

Bristol and Southington Adult Education comply with CT General Statutes Sec 10-71c. All mandated programs are free. We do not charge a fee for any textbooks or materials used in the classroom.
